1. First contact our employee or representative
We receive elements from you to be washed with a description and a sample of dirt. It is enough to fill-in our
“ cleaning agent selection” form and send it with the elements.
2. Preparation of the process
The received elements are registered and classified as entrusted products. The case receives a number and an initial documentation is prepared.
3. Selection of preparation – laboratory tests
Cleaning tests are carried out in the laboratory by our technologists with the use of available preparations or a preparation especially designed for your needs. The optimum parameters of use, the method of process control, and the suggested types of devices for the technology are established.
4. Selection of a technology report
Once the tests are completed, you receive a report concerning the selection of cleaning technology. The report includes the type and parameters of bath, information on waste or sewage, and recommended types of washing devices. Samples of selected preparations are supplied and the entrusted products returned at the customer’s request.
5. Washing tests at the customer’s plant – trainings and service
It is possible to carry out washing tests directly at your plant, under real conditions. The tests may be connected with employee training and may be followed by monitoring the cleaning parameters as part of the servicing provided by our company.
