Quality policy of the integrated management system

In this document I would like to present the way our organization perceives its quality policy and methods used to maintain the quality of our products which are aimed at keeping co-operation with our customers for the longest possible period.
We want to achieve this objective with the stabile and high quality of our services. We strive to make our trademark synonymous with experience, trust and professional service at every stage of our activity.

Our Quality Policy is realized with the use of the following actions:

Finding and understanding our customers’ needs. This is why constant contact with our customers, their wishes and opinions are important to us.
Being part of our customers’ success. This is why we keep expanding our offer.
Building our customers’ confidence in our organization. This is why we fulfil the obligations we make.
Being ready to effectively assist our customers at any time. This is why we constantly improve ourselves and the organization and care for good co-operation with partners.
Improving environmental actions systematically and decreasing the negative influence on the environment. This is why we try to use energy, fuels, knowledge and technology in a rational way.
Managing waste in a pro-ecological way. We assure appropriate waste segregation and recycle waste or utilize it in accordance with the regulations of the environmental protection law.
Producing and using products in accordance with the requirements of environmental protection. Already during the designing stage, we take human safety and environmental protection into account.

As GT85 Polska Sp. z o.o. Chairman of the Board, who is responsible for reaching and maintaining the required quality of the company, I declare my personal commitment to the development of the company’s Integrated Management System based on the requirements of the EN ISO 9001 : 2000 and EN ISO 14001 : 2004 standards. I assure that Quality Policy is known, introduced and fully supported by the personnel of our company; it is publicly distributed and sent to all suppliers and sub-contractors. The Quality Policy of the Integrated Management System is maintained by periodic assessments of effectiveness, understanding of the quality aims by all the company’s employees and constant work aimed at improving ourselves, the methods of our work and the whole Integrated Management System.
